Does the rain affect your window clean?

Rain does not usually affect the quality of a professional window clean. Rainwater is naturally soft and contains very few minerals, so it will not normally leave water spots or damage the finish on freshly cleaned glass.

Our professional cleaning methods leave your windows clean and clear, even if light rain falls shortly after the service. If marks or spots appear after rainfall, they are usually caused by dirt, dust, pollen or other contaminants on the glass, frames, sills or surrounding surfaces, not by the rainwater itself.

However, heavy rain, strong winds and poor weather conditions can affect the safety and quality of the work. In these circumstances, we may need to rearrange your appointment. If rain is forecast, we will assess the conditions and let you know whether your clean can go ahead.
