Outside of work, Shauna has a real love for animals, reflecting her caring, compassionate and nurturing nature. She previously worked for the police as a Domestic Abuse Advisor, so joining the family business has been a big change. However, she is still focused on looking after people and making sure they feel supported, valued and cared for. The role has given her many valuable qualities, including excellent communication skills, empathy, compassion, professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and organised in challenging situations. Shauna brings these qualities to every customer interaction, helping us provide a reliable, personal and professional service. Her experience, caring nature and commitment ensure every job is completed to the highest standard, leaving each customer happy with the results.
