We have built a great reputation for taking the extra time and care needed to deep clean the frames on your first clean, bringing them up to our high standards so they can be easily maintained on future regular cleans. Due to the additional time and work involved, the first clean is generally charged at 1.5 times the regular price, although this can vary depending on the condition of the frames.
-
No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have safe access to all areas of your property that require cleaning, we can complete the service while you’re out. Once the clean is finished, we will ensure that all gates are securely closed behind us.
-
Yes, of course. However, please note that the price quoted is based on regular cleaning at the agreed frequency. We offer better value to customers who choose more frequent cleans, as this allows us to maintain the windows more easily. If you decide to reduce the frequency, the price may need to be adjusted accordingly.

First cleans typically take considerably longer than regular maintenance cleans, as we spend extra time removing built-up dirt and bringing the windows and frames up to our high standards.
As a guide, a first clean of a typical 3-bedroom semi-detached house may take around 1-2 hours, whereas a regular maintenance clean could take approximately 15 minutes.
Every property is different, so if you would like an idea of how long your clean is likely to take, we’re happy to provide an approximate timeframe before carrying out the work.

Whilst we do offer some traditional window cleaning, generally for lower level windows, we’re confident that our waterfed pole system provides the best results for your property. We stand behind the quality of our work with a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you notice any issues within 48 hours of your clean, simply let us know and we’ll return free of charge to reclean the affected area.
If your windows have previously been left with streaks or marks, this can often be due to the incorrect cleaning technique being used or not enough time and care being taken to achieve a thorough, streak-free finish. We take pride in doing the job properly and ensuring your windows are left looking their best.

No. Tap water contains minerals and impurities that can leave spots, streaks and limescale residue behind as it dries. We use 100% pure water, produced using a reverse osmosis purification system that removes these minerals and impurities.
This allows the water to dry naturally without leaving residue behind, resulting in a crystal-clear, spot-free finish.
